Yael Hershkovitz leads the restructuring practice and handles bondholders' debt settlements, international restructuring and insolvency cases, finance and M&A transactions.

Yael has been involved in significant public debt settlements in the Israeli market including Cyren, Urbancorp, All Year, B Communications,
Brookland, Starwood, IDB, Africa Israel, Elad US Mirland and many others.
