New Member in Hong Kong

We are pleased to announce that Frank Yuen of Frank Recovery will be joining BTG Global Advisory as our new Hong Kong member, effective 23 March 2026. Frank succeeds Alan Cheung, to whom we extend our sincere gratitude for a decade of valued contribution to the network.

About Frank Yuen

Frank brings over 26 years of experience in bankruptcy, compulsory liquidations, voluntary liquidations, receiverships, debt restructuring, investigation and forensic accounting, and litigation support. He has been appointed to hundreds of insolvency assignments in Hong Kong, including roles as provisional liquidator and liquidator in compulsory winding-up and voluntary liquidation, trustee in bankruptcy proceedings, and nominee in individual voluntary arrangements. He has also acted as liquidator of companies incorporated in various offshore jurisdictions, including the BVI, Solomon Islands, Cayman Islands, and Bermuda.

In dispute settings, Frank has been appointed as an expert witness in numerous forensic accounting and litigation support assignments. These include investigations into suspected fraud cases, irregularities or improprieties in civil or criminal proceedings, producing company and business valuations, and providing expert testimony in the Market Misconduct Tribunal, District Court, and High Court of Hong Kong, as well as courts in foreign jurisdictions.
