Joo Wan is a seasoned corporate restructuring and recovery professional based in Singapore. He has over 25+ years of diverse experience across corporate advisory, finance, corporate restructuring, and recovery.

He specialises in investigations and litigation support services, bringing extensive expertise in supervising commercial and securities fraud investigations, as well as conducting valuation and financial review assignments. He also possesses deep knowledge in voluntary arrangements for individuals to structure viable repayment plans with creditors.

He has served as an independent director on the boards of several listed companies, including Ecowise Holdings Limited and Lifebrandz Ltd. He has also been appointed by the High Court of Singapore as a Scheme Manager (alongside KPMG) to facilitate a major restructuring plan via a Scheme of Arrangement.
