Kirstie Provan

Kirstie is a Managing Partner at BTG. She has extensive knowledge and experience of corporate insolvency, private equity and asset-based lending markets. She has an extensive professional network which she has developed throughout her career. 

Prior to joining BTG, Kirstie worked at a commercial finance specialist, where she was responsible for sourcing and structuring pan-global asset-based finance transactions, with deal values between £5 and £50 million per transaction. Prior to that, Kirstie spent 8 years at a global advisory, tax and assurance firm in the recovery and insolvency team, during which she qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2003.
